I am a multidisciplinary artist, with a practice that spans illustration, writing, painting, fiber arts, and songwriting. I think art is a powerful tool for healing, connection, and nurturing empathy, and I create art that I hope invites my audience to reflect on their own healing journeys and find comfort in shared experiences.

I was born in Seoul and have also lived in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York, and Boston. Having grown up moving across several countries and traveling to even more, I strive to tell stories that foster understanding for diverse perspectives through it. I believe that the more we can see through each other’s eyes, the closer we can come to a place of tolerance, and one day, acceptance and affirmation.

I am currently based in Boston where I live with my husband and domestic blizzard (dog).
